Welcome to Muhibb, an app operated by Many Bytes Innovations, located at Teststreet 1, Netherlands ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use Muhibb, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post explicit, offensive, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
• Use Muhibb for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, profile details, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, host, display, and share your content in connection with the service
• Moderate or remove content that violates our guidelines

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, unless required for legal or operational reasons. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you are responsible for it.

5. Content Moderation

We review content manually and/or automatically to ensure compliance with our community standards. We reserve the right to:

• Remove content at our discretion
• Suspend or delete accounts for violating rules

You understand and agree that we are not liable for user content posted on the platform.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features may be available through subscriptions managed by the App Store or Google Play. Key terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• No free trial is provided
• Pricing is displayed within the app
• Payment and cancellations are handled through your app store account

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data to provide and improve the service. This may include:

• Identity data: name, email, gender
• Profile data: interests, languages, location, religious practices, lifestyle habits, pictures
• Device and usage data: IP address, app usage behavior

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in prohibited or harmful behavior

Upon termination, your access is revoked and your content may be deleted. Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or security purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Muhibb is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• User behavior or content
• Losses resulting from technical issues, bugs, or interruptions
• Damages related to unauthorized access or data loss
• Viruses or malicious software encountered via the app

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Matchmaking Disclaimer

We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. The platform facilitates introductions, but users are responsible for their own interactions.

11. Safety and Personal Responsibility

Please use caution when sharing personal information or meeting people from the platform in real life. You are solely responsible for your safety and interactions.

12. Third-Party Services

We may link to or use services provided by third parties (e.g., analytics, app stores). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will post the updated Terms in the app or on our website
• For material changes, we may notify you directly (e.g., in-app or by email)
• Continued use of the app means you accept the changes

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

16. Language

In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.
